1. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

The service delivered significantly deviates from the agreed scope

A re-clean has been offered and does not resolve the issue

The concern is reported within the specified timeframe
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after service completion

Issues arising from factors outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, poor facility conditions)

Failure to provide access to the premises at the agreed time
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee

No-shows or denied access may result in full service charges
