By engaging Murray Industrial Cleaning, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide industrial and warehouse cleaning services as agreed in the service scope. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Pricing and Payment

All services are billed as quoted. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service delivery. Late payments may attract additional charges.

3. Access to Premises

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the site. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.

4. Service Standards

We are committed to delivering services with professionalism and care. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours for review and possible resolution.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Murray Industrial Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or denied access may result in charges.

7. Health and Safety

Clients must ensure the work environment meets basic safety standards. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
